Privacy and inquiry information
How we handle inquiries and website information.
When you send an inquiry
The form sends the name, business email, company, application, budget, timing, selected equipment and requirements you enter. The service also stores bounded campaign attribution and the canonical landing-page path when available. Your request is saved in a private inquiry inbox so we can review and respond. If email alerts are configured, the service may also send us a notification containing the inquiry details. The inquiry does not create an order, reservation or payment.
How the information is used
Inquiry information is used to respond to your request, understand the required configuration and discuss sourcing with suppliers when appropriate. Access to the inquiry inbox requires authentication. Email contact@fiberequipmentsupply.com to ask about information you submitted or request deletion.
Website services
The hosting provider may process normal technical request information, such as IP addresses and browser details, and applies short-lived rate-limit records to protect the form from abuse. Fonts and product photos are loaded from Google Fonts and the credited manufacturer or retailer image hosts, which receive the network information needed to serve those assets. With your permission, Google Analytics measures page visits, general traffic sources, device and approximate geographic information, equipment views, inquiry starts and successfully received inquiries. Analytics cookies are set only after you select Allow analytics and expire after up to six months, refreshed with use. We store your cookie choice on your device; you can change it using Cookie settings in the footer. Declining does not affect the inquiry form. Analytics excludes names, emails, companies, inquiry text and arbitrary URL parameters. Advertising features and automatic form/outbound-link measurement are disabled. Google processes analytics data under its own privacy policy.
Page-visit notifications
When you allow analytics, a visible page may also send us a notification through ntfy. This includes the page title and path, a general traffic-source category, country when available, and time. Notifications exclude your full IP address, browser details, query strings and inquiry contents. Short-lived, salted request digests suppress repeated alerts; these records expire within two days. Declining analytics also disables these page-visit notifications. Notifications and Google Analytics are separate services.
Before submitting
Do not enter passwords, payment details, network credentials or other sensitive operational information. If the form is unavailable, you may email contact@fiberequipmentsupply.com; the email services involved then process that message under their own terms.
